TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website, communication tools, and any other features provided by FIDE5 (“FIDE5,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and FIDE5 regarding your use of our services.

By using our virtual accounting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” OR SIMILAR LANGUAGE, PLACING AN ORDER, SUBMITTING A SERVICE REQUEST, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNEL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER TERMS REFERENCED HEREIN (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”).

These Terms do not override or alter any separate agreement you may have with FIDE5, its partners, or affiliates related to other services or arrangements.

If you do not agree to these Terms or are not eligible to use our services, you are not authorized to access or use them. Your use of our services, and FIDE5’s provision of those Services, forms a binding legal agreement between you and FIDE5 under these Terms.

  1.  Service Overview

We provide remote accounting, bookkeeping, and related financial services based on the scope agreed upon in your proposal.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use FIDE5’s Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are at least 18 years old;
  2. you have not been previously suspended, removed, or prohibited from using FIDE5’s Services; and
  3. your registration for and use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of our Services, you agree to:

  1. provide all necessary documents, information, and access as requested, in a complete and timely manner;
  2.  review all work and deliverables promptly upon receipt and notify FIDE5 of any discrepancies or concerns without delay; and
  3.  remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations related to your business.
  1. Payment Terms

The fees for our Services will be specified in your customized proposal or service agreement. Payment is due upon confirmation of an eligible Virtual Professional match, as outlined in the terms of the agreement.

  1. Confidentiality

FIDE5 is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose, share, or sell any personal, financial, or business data to third parties, except as required by law or with your express written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While FIDE5 exercises reasonable care and professionalism in providing its services, we make no guarantees as to the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any deliverables. FIDE5 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from errors, omissions, delays, or actions taken based on information that is incorrect, incomplete, or not provided by the client.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services by providing [insert notice period, e.g., fourteen (14) days] written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees, charges, or balances owed by the client must be settled in full before the termination becomes effective. FIDE5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms or any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

  1. Revisions to Terms

FIDE5 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as by posting an updated version on our website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
